I purchased AMP Power Steps from Champion 4x4 based on Armando’s recommendation over another brand. Unfortunately, what followed has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The issue isn’t with the AMP steps themselves, it’s the constant dishonesty and lack of accountability from Armando. For over a year, I’ve been repeatedly told that replacement parts were on the way. Every time I followed up, I was given another excuse “blah blah blah” or another promise that the parts would be arriving soon. Those parts never came. After dragging this situation out for an entire year, I called again today only to be told by Armando that he couldn’t help me and, “Have a nice life.” That response speaks volumes about how this business treats its customers after the sale. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Champion 4x4. My experience has been filled with broken promises, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer service. It also seems like they continue changing locations around the city to avoid problems they’ve created. I have ran into several Jeep owners who say this place is a Train wreck full of poor labor and dishonesty

I had a great experience at Champion 4X4. Armando and his crew were top notch! I got my new lift, tires, and wheels installed and the end result was spectacular. I've recommended a few friends who have also received the same level of attention. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

i went to champion 4 x 4 for some lights on my jeep and armando was nothing but amazing, helpful and genuinely seemed to care about helping me get what i need and not just selling me the most expensive product. since i went in for lights i’ve done front/rear bumpers, lift kit, rims and tires. the work was professional and very efficient i would definitely recommend champion 4x4 to anyone looking to upgrade their rig.

Had a great experience with Champion 4x4. I recently purchased my 2024 Chevy Colorado ZR2 Bison, and although it already had AEV wheels, I felt like it needed a more customized look. I’m still new to the truck world, so having someone knowledgeable to guide me made a big difference. Armando, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout the process and helped me pick the perfect rims for the truck. He suggested the Arena Hustle smoked bronze with satin black lip, and the color combination came out incredible. It completely transformed the look of my ZR2 Bison and really made it stand out. Armando was patient, knowledgeable, and clearly has a great eye for what works. I truly appreciated his help and would definitely recommend Champion 4x4 to anyone looking for quality products and great customer service.

I want to put a huge shout out to Champion 4 x 4. Armando has been nothing but exceptional and going over and beyond the problems I’ve had with my wheels and tires that I got from Custom offset. He’s helpful, patient and treats you more like family than a customer. His work is exceptional and they were a really tight shop there. Armando made my experience. It could’ve been really unpleasant because of the problems I had with Custom offset and he Help get my new set solved, diagnose things that he didn’t have to do. I was just worried about putting out a good product for me. I feel like I’ve definitely got my shop for the rest of my life for my Truck builds and I also have a dear friend now thank you Armando for everything and I recommend anyone looking to put a lift on or customize their vehicles or just simply want to buy tires. They handle everything at a professional timely manner.
